personal training Telford For Busy over 35 Professionals

life-changing transformations

Not just a personal trainer

In 2008 Stuart Henderson broke his back in a car accident. However, his fitness knowledge and specialist training – along with a fair helping of determination and dedication – allowed him to train his way to recovery.

“I can honestly say I am now fitter and stronger than ever and more determined to show others how exercise can radically improve lives. I am a Level 4 personal trainer and a sports therapist. I help busy professionals over 35 achieve optimum health, fitness and performance so they can live the life they’ve always wanted.”

Through Ideal Fitness, Stuart offers fitness coaching packages and personal training in Telford designed around your personal fitness goals. He specialises in weight loss and weight gain, stress and time management, mindset, nutrition, recovery and sports massage.

Why train with Stuart

Always stressed

With the never-ending to do list, family and work commitments, there’s never enough time to look after yourself.

Random eating

Grabbing food on the run, when you can, without a plan or unable to stick to one. You know you should eat better, but who has time?

Low energy

Feeling constantly tired or even exhausted, not getting enough sleep and oh so easily distracted from doing the right things.

Lack of confidence

You’re not yourself, feeling low, embarrassed to put yourself forward. You didn’t used to be like this but nothing you try has worked.

What to expect

Whether you’re looking to increase muscle tone, burn body fat, increase endurance, or just improve your quality of life, opting for a personal fitness coach will put you on the right track wherever you are in the world.

1-on-1 training is also ideal for people with busy lifestyles or medical issues who may struggle to find the time to hit the gym. Your personal fitness coach will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keeping you motivated and accountable. There’s always going to be the temptation to put your training off till tomorrow, but knowing you’re in a fitness partnership with someone is great way to stay on track and not fall off course.

You’ll get fitter, educated, feel great and empower yourself to levels you didn’t know were possible, all through 1-on-1 training. Make the change today >>

Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group – and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for – is an almost perfect blend. Your trainer won’t be constantly distracted because of the size of the class, and it allows you to progress with success in a fantastic environment.

Small group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before. An educated and knowledgeable trainer may be leading proceedings, but you’ll also have a network of friends that you can help and who will help you. What better way to burn fat, build muscle and reach the level of fitness you’ve always dreamed of? Join a small group >>

Unlike most forms of therapy, sports therapy is designed to use specific sport principles in order to optimise performance.

This puts your body in a state of readiness, prepared for unexpected impacts while also preventing injury. On top of this, its techniques are essential for the immediate care of any afflictions you may suffer, getting you the right assessment and treatment.

Your sports therapist can also recommend a specialist, ensuring that your rehabilitation is always progressing. Sports therapy also offers remedial massages that can target pain at its source, getting to the route of the problem. This stops injuries from getting worse and reduces pain, leaving you in a better state for recovery. Reduce pain and recover faster >>

About Stuart

Since 2008, I have been transforming the lives of busy professionals over 35 in Telford. With extensive expertise in personal training and sports therapy, I’ve guided clients towards achieving goals such as weight loss, strength building, rehabilitation, and stress management.

I also offer specialist help to those who suffer with high blood pressure, circulatory conditions, diabetes, arthritis, respiratory and neuromuscular conditions.

At 55, as I reflect on the health battles I’ve conquered, I’ve come to realise how essential it is to live without hesitation—without that nagging question, “Can I do this?” or the self-doubt, “I’ll never manage that.”

I really do believe that nothing is impossible.
